Yay only 5 lbs!!

Went to the doctor last night, and YAY!!!
I finally leveled off with my weight gain!!!
"bout time! I gained 5 lbs last month.
I've never been so happy to gain 5 lbs in my life!!!
I've been on the high end of the weight gain scale through my whole pregnancy.
The doctor keeps saying...don't worry no big deal...the baby just had a early growth spurt,
which is making your hold on to some extra weight.
Then it was....it's ok don't worry it's just a little extra weight from your feet swelling
- just make sure you only gain 1 pound per week from here on out and you'll be fne.
So, anyway I'm up 25 pounds so far, and I have 12 weeks to go
.....so as long as I'm good I'll be at 37 lbs, which isn't bad.
It's supposed to be 30 - 35, but 37 isn't bad.

Wow, did I say I only have 12 weeks to go?!?!?!? OMG!!!

Anyway, no picture =o(
He said as long as everything keeps going fine there is no need for another US.
Which I guess it's good that everything is going fine,
but I WANT ANOTHER PICTURE!!!!! *pout*

He did check the heartbeat and said it was VERY strong.
He said based on the positioning of the heartbeat that Allie is already in blastoff position,
head down.....kicking the h*ll outta my ribs!
Thank you very much!!! I knew that!!!
Plus she feels like she is trying to come out of my right leg!!!
Although this early she could move and then move again. *shrug*
Other than that, he said everything looks perfect, size, position, heart rate, Blood pressure.
I have to go for my Glucose test next week.
(I've been putting it off - bad mommy)
and if that's good, then it's all good!

Happy 4th of July

Well, I'm now in my third trimester

.....it feels like it's going so quickly!
I still haven't come to terms with the whole DELIVERY part of this pregnancy,
but I still have a little time for that I guess
....although not much!
I think I'm starting to pay NOW, for the first two trimester's that went so smoothly for me.
I'm in almost constant pain these days. My stomach really popped,
and my back is killing me every day.
I guess it's not used to carrying around all this extra weight.
Mike and I have a ritual to help this problem

.....Heating pad every night
...Bengay every day

....sheesh....I feel old!
But I know....I'm just pregnant!

Anyway, next doctor visit is 7/11/05, so I will post a new entry then,
to let you all know how little Althea is progressing
.....Till then!!
