One WHOLE month!

We all made it to one month.....and haven't died
from sleep deprivation...good for us!

Mike and I and a couple of friends went out to celebrate
this month long achievment with some Sushi and Sake!
Nothin' says celebration like a bottle of HOT SAKE!!!



Mike's not one for fish, let alone raw fish...but the rest of us ate a "Boat Load"....



ok, enough about us....on to the child...
She is the cutest thing either one of us has ever seen!

I will call her mini-mike.....


But even though she looks like her daddy....and she DOES!
she's still Mommy's little girl.


See...I taught her this....

"GIRL POWER!!!"


and look at how she takes after me here...


Week 4 has been the week of smiles....she smiles at me all day long!
We can finally recreate those smiles instead of them being random.

She smiles all the time when we put her on the changing table. As if to say....
SHEESH it's about time you changed me...I don't care HOW expensive the diaper is...nothin feels like DRY....ahhhhhh *smile*


She all of a sudden the last couple of days looks bigger. And she is eating more too.
I think she went through her first growth spurt.....wait scratch that....
she is CURRENTLY going through it.


She loves her tummy time.....


.....has recently discovered that she is not the only small creature living in the house...


...and has pretty much mastered the whole holding her head up thing...



ok ok MAYBE when she's tired it flops a little....but hey she's only one month!!

I can't wait to see what's in store for month 2!!!
